1. Visit Windsor Castle

Visit Windsor Castle, official residence of the British Royal Family. Take comfortable shoes: there’s a lot to see including the State Apartments, Drawings Gallery and Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House. Evensong at 5.15pm in St George’s Chapel is a beautiful experience. The Changing of the Guards takes place on alternate days at 11am, excluding Sundays. The best view is from the High Street. We offer castle tickets at the hotel so you can beat the queues; please ask at reception.

Cruise up the River Thames. You can arrange for a private cruise boat to pick you up from the hotel mooring (mooring fees £100 per day). Public cruises are operated by French Brothers.
