- The Brasserie at Sir Christopher Wren and the riverside terrace are wheelchair accessible.
- Ground floor accessible toilets are available in Thames House and Windsor House.
- Free valet parking for blue badge holders (pre-booking required due to limited spaces).
- Thames House has no lift access due to its listed status; lift access is available in Windsor House.
- Two wheelchair-accessible rooms with roll-in showers and folding seats are located on the ground floor of Windsor House.

Hearing and Visual Impairments
- Loop system available at reception for hearing aid users.
- Rooms with pillow alarms and flashing fire alarm lights available upon request for hearing-impaired guests.
