Treat dad this Father’s Day

If dad’s wardrobe is overflowing with barely-worn ties and ‘Best Dad’ mugs, you know it’s time to switch things up a little in the present department. Treat dad to something thrilling yet thoughtful this Father’s Day. Our top pick is the Mercedes-Benz World driving experience in Weybridge, Surrey. Let dad put his driving skills to the test and select from a range of driving experiences.

Visitors get to see a short film about the company before they can head towards a man-made driving course, complete with steep climbs and descents, including a rough terrain and a river crossing – definitely not for the faint hearted! If dad isn’t in the mood to take the lead, there are lots of simulator options available or you can also ride along as a passenger while experienced drivers stay in charge. The car lover’s paradise also has a mini driving area for children aged 4 and above so if you are planning a family day out, there’s no need to worry about keeping the little ones entertained.

Why not make a weekend of it and stay in one of our new rooms at Sir Christopher Wren? With 35 new additions in the Windsor House, dad can choose between an opulent Feature Room or a lavish Grand Room. With some rooms featuring views of the Windsor Castle, dad is likely to feel no less than a King for the day. If you aren’t planning an overnight trip, head over to The Brasserie at Sir Christopher Wren for lunch or dinner. We are less than a 40-minute drive away from Mercedes Benz World. Let dad sample our new, all-day dining menu and select from a range of refreshing dishes including Venison and truffle pie, Nicoise salad with tuna steak or a good old Peri-Peri chicken burger. There’s also a tempting drinks menu which can be enjoyed on the sunny terrace overlooking the River Thames.

To book a stay with us or reserve a table for 18th June, please call us on 01753 202825 or email us at wrens@sarova.com. We also have spa, dining and overnight gift vouchers available to buy online.
