Sir Christopher Wren Hotel has 138 bedrooms, in a variety of room categories including Standard, Superior, Executive, Club, Grand, Feature, Signature and Apartment. Our Standard bedrooms have the following facilities:

Complimentary tea and coffee are provided in your bedroom. You may order specialty hot drinks for a fee from room service.
Guest amenities, like shower gel and shampoo, are provided in your bedroom.

A dry cleaning service is available every day except Sundays and Public Holidays. A laundry bag and laundry form detailing costs can be found in your room. For same day service, please have your cleaning ready for collection before 8.30am.

The hotel electricity supply is 220 – 240 volts.
Before using any electrical appliance please contact reception on 0 to ensure it complies with the hotel’s electricity supply.
FREE Wireless (WI-FI) high-speed Internet connection is available throughout the hotel. Devices must be Wi-Fi enabled. Connect your devices to the wireless network named ‘Sarova Complimentary Wi-Fi’. Then simply open your web browser and follow the login instructions.
We have an offsite car park at Windsor & Eton Riverside Station a five-minute walk away. Check out the Windsor Overview Map to see its’ location relative to the hotel. Bookings are required and fees are £15 per car per day. You may find our full parking advice here.
Sir Christopher Wren Hotel is an outstanding Windsor conference and events venue. The flexibility of the rooms makes it an ideal choice for conferences, business meetings, training, dinner dances and weddings. The hotel has a conference and business centre featuring 6 purpose built conference rooms all of which include high-tech AV equipment, natural daylight and air conditioning. In addition to the business centre we have three further rooms available in the main hotel.

Under the Hotel Proprietor’s Act 1956, the hotel’s liability is limited to £100.00 per guest, and we advise that you do not leave any valuables in your room. A guest safe is available in your room, and larger items can be locked in the safe at reception.
All rooms have recordable electronic door locks and deadbolt facilities.
CCTV cameras have been installed to enhance your safety and security.
Brasserie Lounge Bar & Restaurant
A contemporary and stylish area offering unobtrusive table service throughout the day
Our restaurant overlooks the river Thames. The hotel is offering an all day dining menu which can be taken in the restaurant or lounge areas.
Open daily from 12.30pm with last orders at 9.15pm.
The Terrace
With stunning views over the River Thames, the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a chilled drink during those long summer days.
Whilst we currently aren’t able to offer service, guests are able to take their drinks from the bar to enjoy on the Terrace.
Open daily from 12pm – 7pm.
Breakfast
Breakfast is offered in The Brasserie on weekends from 7am to 10.30am and weekdays from 6.30am to 10am.
Wren’s Club gym facilities are open and free to access for resident guests. Use your bedroom key card to enter.
Hours of operation are 5am to 9pm weekdays, and 7am to 7pm on weekends. Holiday hours may differ, please check with reception by dialling 0.
Sir Christopher Wren Hotel is completely non-smoking/vaping and as such have no designated smoking areas within the hotel. Anyone found to be smoking or vaping in any part of the hotel, its bedrooms, or Wren’s Club will be liable to a fixed charge of £250.00 to cover cleaning costs.

Windsor Castle
The town’s unmistakable centrepiece is Windsor Castle itself, one of the King’s official residences and a pleasantly imposing English landmark. The Castle is closed to visitors on Tuesday and Wednesday
The Town
You can stroll through the charming and historic Old Town or walk along the Thames Path to Alexander Gardens, where you’ll find the Royal Windsor Wheel in the summer months. This is a unique way to take in the impressive expanse of the Thames Valley and see Windsor Castle from a great vantage point.
Windsor Racecourse
Enjoy a day out at Windsor Racecourse, where evening race meetings on a Monday night during the summer months are a highlight in the sporting calendar.
Ascot Racecourse
The highlight of the year is Royal Ascot in June, with five days of tradition, pageantry and style. Outside of Royal Ascot, spectacular racing takes place throughout the year, with each race day offering a unique theme and atmosphere.

Just across the Thames, lies Eton College, where you can take a guided tour of the world-famous school that has seen no less than 17 British prime ministers pass through over the years.
LEGOLAND® Windsor
Great for young children, LEGOLAND® Windsor has over 50 rides, shows and attractions in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
Savill Gardens
One of Britain’s greatest ornamental gardens, it never fails to charm visitors who go to explore its 35 acres of contemporary and classically designed gardens and exotic woodland.

The Brasserie At Sir Christopher Wren is open Monday to Thursday between 12pm and 10pm. Last food orders are 9.30pm.
On weekends, The Brasserie is open between 12.30pm and 10pm.
The Riverside Terrace is currently closed.

Yes. Wren’s Club is part of the hotel and offers fitness facilities. Guests of Sir Christopher Wren Hotel enjoy free access to Wren’s Club gym facilities.
Both driving and parking are tricky in the ancient town of Royal Windsor, so you may find it easier to travel by public transport.

If you are a blue badge holder and you’re staying at the hotel, let us know at the time of booking and we will be happy to provide you with a complimentary car parking space.
Alternatively we have offsite parking available just a short walk away with an overnight charge of £15.00 per car, per night. Parking spaces are available from 12pm on the start day, and must be vacated no later than 12pm on the last day. Please note it is essential that you call in advance to secure your spot. If you haven’t booked a parking space, we also recommend the car park at the Riverside Train Station, which is a couple of minutes walk away.
Flexible reservations must be cancelled or amended no later than 12pm, the day before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty charge of the first nights rate.
Prepaid reservations require a 100% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and cannot be amended or cancelled once the reservation is confirmed. Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of your stay within 24hrs after making your reservation. You must be able to show the credit card used for the deposit at check-in, otherwise, you must be able to provide an official form of photo I.D. or provide an alternative method of payment.

With a range of twin, double, queen and king beds, many of our rooms can accommodate a family of four. If you would like an extra bed or travel cot, please request this in extra bed in advance. Interconnecting rooms and Apartments are also available and can be reserved for families.

Infants and Children aged up to 12, (maximum of 2 depending on the room type booked), are only charged a small supplement of £15.00 per day. Children aged 13 to 17 are charged a supplement of £40.00. Guests aged 18 and above are considered adults, sofa beds and extra beds are not supplied for adults, we recommend reserving an additional room when booking accommodation for more than two adults.

No, the hotel does not have a loyalty programme, but offer a number of benefits for booking direct, including a free drink of your choice to enjoy during your stay.
Call our reception team as soon as possible to let us know. We will do our best to return any lost property as soon as possible.
We are unable to install lifts in all buildings due to their historic nature, but offer a free 24-hour porter service to help with your bags. If you would prefer a building with lift access, please request to stay in Windsor House. If you desire a ground floor room, please tell us in advance. Some bedrooms are equipped with walk-in showers and grab bars. Wheelchair users should contact us in advance on +44 1753 442400 to discuss specific needs.
