We stayed in the modern part of the hotel in a club room. We were initially offered a "traditional "room with views of the river. However, this was very tired and in need of an upgrade so we changed to the modern side with no view! Room was excellent. Breakfast very good. The evening meal was not so good - very ordinary. Fish and curry of the day were nothing special. The evening was also ruined but a hen party just having drinks in the restaurant - loud with lewd games.

Great hotel, in fabulous location with river view from the restaurant. Food was fabulous, as was the service in the restaurant, all staff were very attentive and polite. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Windsor. We had a room in the main building. First visit to Windsor and from checking in to checking out all aspects of the stay was most enjoyable! The staff friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast and indeed the evening meal in the Brasserie with the spectacular view across the river was wonderful, relaxing and the food was delicious! Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Great, easy to access + free WiFi Good service wherever we went. Good value for money. Had everything we might require. Plenty of choice with the hot drinks, complimentary bottle of water. Love the nice bathroom products. Lovely views across the river, very relaxing watching the wildlife, and very close to The Castle, car park and train stations. The breakfast was wonderful! Had everything you could possibly want to set you up for a day of sightseeing!! The evening meal was delicious, hot & well presented, the atmosphere was comfortable and not rushed. Everywhere was very clean, both inside the room and outside. The bed linen and towels soft clean and well presented (no stains or wear & tear). Excellent service & very attentive.

The room was beautiful & modern, the bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet! We were able to truly relax and enjoy our time in Windsor. It was a short walk to everything and so many great options for good & things to do. Had a lovely birthday weekend at the hotel for hubby, welcome drinks for booking direct and a quiet room away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was really tasty and kudos for the pancake machine. Thank you!

Food was fantastic as always and also the service. We booked an apartment as we did last year, but we were on the top flight and disappointed that the room was not the same quality as on the ground floor from the previous year. Also, my mother is 87 and struggled with three flights of stairs, would’ve been good to have been warned of this as no alternative way of getting up and down Disappointed 106 is not the value that room 10 one is
