The room was well furnished, clean and pleasant. The breakfast options were excellent. The staff were very attentive, polite and efficient. The location is lovely and the gym was so good compared to some hotel gyms it would be worth coming back just for that. An excellent overall experience.

Very well organised, great location and enjoyed the food Would cut out from time to time, but could also be my personal IT After a 3 day conference room booking in the business centre, it was not possible to use for an additional hour the next day, without paying for a full day. But this is the only improvement to a very good experience overall

Room was not my definition of executive. It was difficult to find up and down multiple stairs. Shower over the bath difficult to get in and out of, I twisted my back in trying to get in using the hand rail. Tiles had black marks in between, needs work to update and move handrail or add an additional one. Quilt cover was ripped at the edge. Breakfast was average at best and not very warm, with no sauces available if required. Safe at floor level, not useful. The only positive was helpful staff, but would not stay again.

I was very dissappointed to see the lack of vegan options, as well as how plenty of food was delivered into the meeting room throughout the day and none of it was suitable for vegans. When going into the buffet, I even had to ask the staff if they could provide even if it was a plate with plain pasta, as ALL the options had either milk or egg (or potato, which Im intolerant to).

I was very happy with my room and with the service. I used the gym for a workout, it was very good for it's size, with up to date and well maintained equipment.

The hotel hosted my son’s 30th and what can I say other than Amazing. The staff went above and beyond on the night , food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble . I cannot thank them enough. Our rooms were cozy and beds were so comfortable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough not to mention it’s beautiful location . We had a fabulous time staying at the Christopher Wren in Windsor Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Room were very large Venue was superb Morning breakfast was delicious Definitely book it again for an important Party As I say we definitely picked the right hotel We had lunch in daytime brown cheese and pickle sandwich delivioud Lovely large bath towels huge bathroom Great very attentive

I made the effort to check in online to "save time on arrival" something which did not appear to save any time whatsoever. We were told where our room was, across the street and when breakfast started, little else. The walk across the street for breakfast or to use the bar runs the risk of the british weather, it was cold, but thank fully dry so not really a big problem. We booked and prepaid for a Signature room which is described as, "each with their own individual character and features. Each room has something that makes it unique, whether it is a separate lounge area, private balcony on the River Thames, or large living space and stunning views. All Signature Rooms offer high-tech amenities including Nespresso coffee machines and Digital TVs." We felt our room had little character and no separate lounge area, private balcony on the Thames or large living space, the views of a rear wall at the back of the hotel was one of the worst we have ever had. I questioned whether the room was a "Signature room" as was told most certainly. I said it did not have the features listed online, the receptionist did not know what these were, so googled their own site to see. "It does have a balcony......." , but not over the Thames. I was told they could check if another room was available, this i refused as we had already unpacked and my wife was getting ready for dinner so it was very difficult to move rooms even if there was available. I was then asked to speak to the general manager the following morning. This i tried to do but he was unavailable, the receptionist made several excuses and googled the description, again informing me that the room had a balcony. She would inform the manager and let us know. On the morning of departure we received an email to check out, to simplify departure. This did not work, reception explained that several people had similar experiences, it was something to do with "their name". The room itself was quite large although cold as no heating had been left on in the room or bathroom. The air conditioning was not a very satisfactory method to heat the room. The bathroom was heated by a single towel rail, which despite been on from arrival until departure did little to warm the room or the very cold tiled floor Overall service was reasonable, but adding a service charge to the bill when a bottle of water is added to the order of free drinks which are granted to members is not. As a result of the lack of customer service following our complaint and due to the nature of the complaint i would be reluctant to book again

It was horrible experience 1 food 2 noise air conditioner I didn’t sleep all night I choose this hotel, because it is close to my son’s school. Next time i need to be here in December and i will stay in London, for me better to take taxi, than one more night in this hotel. 1, air conditioner works very noisy 2. You don’t have contacts, how to call to reception We ve been in the restaurant 2 teams ago and it was very good, but this Saturday was horrible, meat was horrible, all food what we ordered!! And finally after restaurant i felt unwell . The toilet was dirty, in the bath i saw hairs

Staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and tidy. Only A. couple of issues which were the noise outside our windows in the early hours of the morning and squeaky bed but overall A. very enjoyable stay. The breakfast sausages could have been better Friendly staff and efficient

Did not use sorry A little dated, also the grouting on the tiles was very messy! Superb location. Breakfast was great. Did not use the bar sorry.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast service and food was very good. If at the right table nice view of the river and surrounding areas whilst dining.
