Very clean and smart Hotel. Restaurant top, absolutely fantastic.

lovely hotel in a fantastic location, very close to Windsor Castle so ideal for visiting, but also an idyllic spot on the banks of the Thames. Room was lovely and so were the staff . Shower was great and air conditioning worked really well , a good thing as we were there on the hottest day of the year. The hotel is a rambling structure which is at first a little off-putting as it would appear to resemble a rabbit warren having been constructed from several different old buildings however this gives it great charm. The only downside we felt was the menu and although originally planning to have dinner one night we opted. to dine out, however without dining in we are not really in a position to tell how good the food was . Breakfast was a good average though possibly some of the food had been out a little too long. There are many fabulous places to dine in the close area and plenty of taxis if you do not fancy a good walk. All in all a thumbs up from us! This is a very nice hotel in a great location. We were in room 84, which was a bit small, but with a nice sized bathroom. The restaurant and lounging (draw) areas are quite nice and staff was very pleasant. We did find it a bit pricey and might look for something cheaper next time around.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Central, good standard and friendly staff. Would stay here again! Easy to connect. Nice staff. Attentive and friendly. Ground floor room so quite noisy at times. Only a one night stay but very good overall,great location. Efficient and friendly staff, good breakfast and spotlessly clean hotel with very nice public rooms and outside seating areas overlooking the Thames .Only drawbacks,lots of stairs to some rooms and no lifts. No on site parking ,car park £15 for 1 night stay couple of streets away. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel and superb location. Had to keep confirming correct package with booking as between the reservations team and the hotel reception they kept getting it wrong. Rooms are clean and spacious but not easy to get around the hotel on a mobility scooter - too many corridors and corners to negotiate. We got a fantastic deal that included breakfast and dinner credit, but honestly expected much better quality food from a 4 star hotel. Meals tasted mediocre to say the least and probably would not have dined there if we hadn't had dinner credits. Location is great and rooms and room service very good.

We stayed in a Grand room which was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel facilities are excellent and the hotel ideally situated. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A fantastic buffet breakfast with many hot options and continental choices. Excellent Everyone keen to help, warm and friendly service. The staircases were an issue, especially the spiral one. We spoke to reception about our concerns over parking as my husband has mobility issues, we were told there was some private parking at the hotel and someone would call us about availability, that didn’t happen. We spoke to reception again about concerns whether or not we needed to pay in the Riverside car park as Blue Badge holders and were assured as hotel guests this was not necessary and we sure hope that is/was correct advice. The room was very nice but the sockets were not easy to access and we had to boil the kettle on the floor as the lead was not long enough. Breakfast was okay but my husband did have to notify a member of staff that some of the cooked food was in fact cold.
