Wheelchair Accessible facilities and bedrooms

Some of our hotel facilities are fully accessible to wheelchair users, including The Brasserie at Sir Christopher Wren and the riverside terrace. Both Thames House and Windsor House have ground floor, accessible toilet facilities. All blue badge holders can use our onsite valet car park free of charge during their stay, please let us know in advance as limited spaces mean these must be pre-booked.

Due to Thames House being a listed building, there are no bedrooms with lift access. Guests who prefer a bedroom with lift access can request to stay in Windsor House which is located opposite Thames House. We have two accessible rooms for wheelchair users located on the ground floor of Windsor House. Both are fully wheelchair accessible and also have bathrooms with a roll-in shower and folding seat.
