This week I had great pride in congratulating Agnieszka Sochacka, Housekeeping Supervisor who has completed her QCF level 2 – Team Leading Principals. Her next step is to go onto her QCF Level 3 Management skills which we are delighted to support her through.
Later this month, Sarova will be running a Management 1st Leadership course for 12 of its aspiring managers. This will develop their self and team management skills, delegation and communication over a four month period.
